Celebration of colour is the only way to describe an Indian wedding. I have photographed many Indian weddings over the years, but I still find them fascinating. Hindu wedding is usually celebrated over 5 days. Namita’s wedding celebration started with an evening of musical entertainment(Sangeet) put on by the bride’s family for the bride and groom followed by Mehenih night painting hands and feet with Henna. The actual ceremony day was a colour full display of Saris , last day of celebration was the lavish reception.
